Pawtrait provides an online platform for creating AI-generated custom pet portraits and ordering them printed on various products. Our service includes:

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

4. Intellectual Property Rights

Generated Artwork:

• AI-generated artwork is provided for your personal, non-commercial use
• You may not resell or redistribute the generated artwork
• You may use the artwork on products purchased through our service
• Pawtrait retains rights to use generated images for marketing purposes

Our Content:

• The Service and its original content (excluding user-provided content) are owned by Pawtrait
• Our trademarks, logos, and brand features are protected
• You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works without permission

5. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

• For any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws
• To upload images you don't have rights to use
• To upload inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• To upload images of people without their consent
• To harass, abuse, or harm another person
• To impersonate or attempt to impersonate another person
• To interfere with or disrupt the Service
• To attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• For commercial resale or distribution without authorization

6. Orders and Payments

When you place an order:

• All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for the total amount
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order
• Orders may be canceled if payment cannot be verified
• You are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

7. Product Fulfillment

Our products are fulfilled through Printify, a third-party print-on-demand service:

• Products are made to order and typically ship within 2-7 business days
• Shipping times vary by destination (typically 5-14 business days)
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers
• You will receive tracking information once your order ships
• Product quality is subject to Printify's manufacturing standards

8. Product Quality and Guarantees

While we strive for the highest quality:

• AI-generated artwork quality depends on the source image quality
• Colors may vary slightly from digital previews
• Product dimensions and specifications are listed on product pages
• We do not guarantee that the AI results will meet your expectations
• Preview images before ordering to ensure satisfaction

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Limitation of Liability:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, PAWTRAIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Pawtrait harmless from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Service

• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Content you upload to the Service
